## Description

North and North East Lincolnshire Councils are seeking to establish a framework for the provision of a Road Condition Survey service\. The framework is divided into 7 lots covering the geographic boundaries of North and North East Lincolnshire\. The lots are as follows: Lot 1 - SCRIM surveys Lot 2 - Deflectograph Surveys Lot 3 - Scanner Surveys Lot 4 - Annual Engineers Inspections Surveys Lot 5 - Coarse Visual Inspection Surveys Lot 6 - Detailed Visual Inspection Surveys Lot 7 - Footway Network Surveys\.
