## Description

A second phase of whole energy systems analysis and modelling through the Energy Innovation Research Office \(EIRO\), with a particular focus on the impacts of government funding on whole energy systems across current and potential future Net Zero Innovation Portfolio \(NZIP\) themes\. This will develop the evidence base on the impact of the current portfolio, wider constraints faced by novel net zero technologies, and aid planning for future innovation funding\.
