GB-Norwich: Evaluation of the Norfolk Warm Homes Fund (WHF)

Partners Broadland District Council (BDC) Norfolk Public Health, Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake an evaluation of interventions delivered by the Warm Homes programme delivered in the Norfolk and to make recommendations to the partners about the delivery of future fuel poverty programmes.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
