Provision of Safeguarding Supervision on behalf of NHS Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB)

The Contracting Authority (NHS Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a contract to SWANN Training & Consultancy Ltd - Richard Swann for the provision of a CSafeguarding Supervision across Essex Integrated Care Board (Essex ICB).

The contract commences 01st November 2026 and expires 31st October 2027 with an option to extend up to one years until 31st October 2028. The aggregate contract value (including any extensions if enacted) for the proposed contract awarded is £7,700 inc VAT - 2026/27] Contract Value (inc VAT) £3,208 and 2027/28] Contract Value (inc VAT) £4,492 . The total aggregate value of the contracts awarded to date to this Provider is £30,900, broken down 2023/24 - £9,450, 20024/25 - £10,700 and 2025/26 - £10,750.

This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least £30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
