GB-Rochford: Whole Plan Viability Assessment

Rochford District Council ('the Council') is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake various activities that culminate in the preparation of a Whole Plan Viability Assessment ('the Assessment'). The main role of the Assessment will be to inform, justify and help to deliver its emerging Local Plan.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
