As a result, we will be adjusting the tender timeline to accommodate this exercise. The design, construction, completion and commissioning of a new teaching, research and training facility including associated infrastructure works on behalf of Northumbria University which will be split into 2 phases. Phase 1 - Pre-Construction Services Agreement. Phase 2 - Design & Build Contract.
