## Description

Provision of Hard Facilities Management Services and Soft Facilities Management Services to NHS Nottingham City CCG for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years\. The contract will include all planned and reactive FM maintenance with the successful contractor required to work with the CCG to develop a costed Annual Maintenance Works plan for the building that will enable the CCG to meet its lease commitments whilst keeping expenditure low and considering environmental impact\.
