Hire of Portable Air Conditioning Units for University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust

To supply, deliver, install, and collect temporary air-conditioning units as required across Heartlands and Good Hope Hospitals. All services will be delivered under Framework SBS10246 (Design, Furniture and Appliance 2)

This agreement may be extended to the following Trusts under the same agreement:

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust

Each Trust retains full discretion as to whether they choose to engage the Supplier, and any future work would be contracted through separate call-off arrangements.
