Corporate Office & Community Assests Cleaning Tender

L&Q seeks to provide a comprehensive cleaning service across 16 of its Corporate and community assets sites, throughout London & the South East. L&Q will provide a comprehensive office cleaning service across the separate Sites, each separate office will have differing cleaning requirements depending on property size and use, the successful bidder will clean to the standard required in accordance with the site specific cleaning specifications.

It is L&Q's intention to re-open the majority of our corporate sites in May 2021, however due to the ongoing global pandemic this may not be possible. L&Q will be guided by government legislation & regulations and subsequent office reopening's maybe delayed as a consequence. L&Q would not be liable for any costs or payments due until sites are reopening and the services are being performed by the successful bidder.

The successful bidder will create and ensure that the offices used by L&Q are cleaned to the highest standards and all essential day to day tasks are completed as agreed and the Health & Safety of L&Q's staff is maintained as paramount importance and at the forefront of the successful bidders operations at all time.
