## Description

LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 25 new social rent homes \(4 x 1 bed, 16 x 2 bed, and 5 x 3 bed\) and a new landscaped courtyard at 39-44 Rutley Close, SE17 3NP\. The site is currently occupied by a bungalow block and part of a disused car park podium, which are to be demolished and is located within a densely populated urban area in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings\.
