Work description
In order to comply with Copyright Law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988), a CLA Public Sector Copyright Licence (Licence) is required for all government organisations whose employees do any of the following:
Receive, access (including online) or share press cuttings Copy or print articles from websites or other digital content Email copies of articles or extracts from publications Store copies of articles or reports on an intranet Photocopy or scan content from books, magazines and/or journals.
