## Description

Norfolk County Council is seeking to buy: \(i\) services for the monitoring of the attendance of its Looked After Children up to and including year 13 at schools, colleges, further education institutions, training providers, other specialist education provision and children's residential provision; and \(ii\) the development, hosting, recording and monitoring of Electronic Personal Education Plans \(e-PEPs\) of its Looked After Children\.
