## Description

Ofcom required an expert partner to work with the Chief Executive and People and Transformation Director over a period of 12 months to help us scope, shape and deliver/facilitate a leadership / team journey including a set of four 'away days' for SMT, focused on the development of the team\. The development days will take place away from the office to ensure full focus from SMT members on the task at hand\.
