22-205 UNIVERSITY OF WEST LONDON TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF PARAGON HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Description

The University of West London (UWL) has several sites in Ealing including St Mary's Road with several interconnected and stand-alone buildings, Villiers House a 9-storey building, Vestry Hall and Drama Studio London. In Brentford, UWL also has a site at Paragon House, an 11-storey building with 3-storey annex. UWL wishes to expand their generalist and specialist teaching estate within the Paragon House building at their Brentford Campus. The works include conversion of office and teaching accommodation within mixed use floors, to create teaching classrooms and specialist simulation spaces for Nursing and Psychology. The works are to take place whilst the building is fully operational with both staff, students and external hire guests making use of the building throughout the programme as well as other small works contractors undertaking business-as-usual maintenance and works. It is therefore imperative than the works are completed in a sympathetic manner.
