## Description

The Ministry of Justice \(MoJ\) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate \(CCMD\) acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department \(GLD\) have awarded a Call-off Contract against the Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) Framework Agreement for e-Disclosure Services \(Reference: RM3717\) for the supply of services in a single matter\. This particular case concerns a Judicial Review challenge to the direct award of a communications services contract made by the Cabinet Office for services relating to COVID-19 communications\. The Good Law Project are an activist type organisation who have brought a number of Judicial Review claims challenging the validity of contracts directly awarded as a result of the COVID-19 crisis\. Variation to the contract as follows: \(a\) additional GB of ESI \(documents from Outlook mailboxes\); \(b\) additional hours project management at the contracted rates as required to support the project; \(c\) additional data hosting \(inside review\); and \(d\) additional data hosting \(outside review\)\. Contract has been extended to 31 August 2022\.
