Estate Services Waste Management

Paradigm is looking to appoint a professional, experienced and competent company in order to undertake the removal of waste from our internal and external communal areas on an ad-hoc basis, remove and replace bins at certain sites at regular intervals for emptying by local authority and remove waste from bin store/area, undertake the cleaning of bins and bin stores/areas twice yearly. There may also be some sites which require additional cleans and there may also be a requirement for ad-hoc cleans as notified and approved by the Client.
