## Description

The Trust has a current annual catering turnover of GBP 1,163,214\. With 6 campuses from September, all in close proximity in Enfield; they have modern kitchens and positive meal uptake\. There is scope to further develop the services from the existing high level\. Professional marketing alongside a high quality food offer will grow sales turnover, delivering a highly competitive cost to the Trust and benefits of scale to the successful contractor\.There will be changes to the current service with Carterhatch Juniors being delivered-in and Fern House being supplied by Chesterfield from January 2020\.This will be a genuine working partnership with the Trust and positive collaboration with each school\. This relationship places the interests of every child firmly at the heart of the Trusts' agenda\.
