Joint Knowledge Transfer Framework for Food Standards and Food Safety Analysis

The aim is to deliver a strategic three (3) year co-funded programme of scientific knowledge transfer activities to ensure effective analytical laboratory capability in the UK for food standards and food safety analysis. The programme will upskill laboratories on new and emerging food safety and standards detection methodologies, analysis and best-practice in their application, providing the tools and know-how to respond to current and emerging analytical needs, including Covid-19-related laboratory capability support activities.
