Roofing Planned and Repair Works 2020-23

Description

The project is for the planned roofing replacement and repairs at properties owned by Weaver Vale Housing Trust Ltd in the County of Cheshire area. The Contract is for 3 years which will include the option, at the Trust's sole discretion, to extend up to a maximum of 1 further year through the implementation of the extensions (subject to the successful Contractors' adherence to the Agreements and yearly reviews).
