## Description

North Northamptonshire Council \(hereafter referred to as the "Council"\) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a cloud based HWRC Waste Permits System, in line with the requirements of its detailed requirements\. This procurement will be managed and awarded using Lot 2:Cloud Software of the Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) G-Cloud 14 framework \(Ref No\. RM1557\.14\) and is open to relevant suppliers identified therein only\.
