IT17361 Video Conference Support STFC

This contract is primarily for support and maintenance of existing videoconferencing codecs and related equipment.

In addition, for refurbishment of existing videoconferencing facilities and for establishment of new videoconferencing facilities, it covers: - Replacement videoconferencing codecs and related equipment hardware and software when required, and - New videoconferencing codecs and related hardware and software.

This contract is for an initial 12 month period with the option to extend for a further 24 months.

Please note this is not a call for competition, this contract was awarded following a further competition run against Crown Commerical Services RM1045 Network Services Lot 8 Video conferencing services.
