Work description
Cleaning services throughout the Council's portfolio of properties, to include the following types of premises: o Office buildings o Community Centres o A leisure / entertainment venue o Communal areas of private residential developments o Communal areas of sheltered housing schemes o A crematorium o Public toilets TUPE will apply to this procurement.
