Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a consistent high quality building cleaning service for its operational buildings within its District, including Kidderminster Town Hall which is managed by Kidderminster Town Council\. A clean, well maintained building signals to employees, tenants and visitors the efficiency of an organisation\.
