"Accommodation Based Housing Support Service for Single People at Leyland. Mental Health & Young People at Risk

Lancashire County Council is tendering for two separate and distinct accommodation based services in Leyland which are co-located and which Lancashire County Council therefore considers to be inseparable for the purpose of effective and efficient local management. The services will therefore be tendered under a single Lot. These existing services both provide short term accommodation based housing support with an average length of stay of 9-15 months for each service. Lancashire County Council wishes to attract bids from providers experienced in delivering housing related support to the following two client groups: single vulnerable people with mental health issues aged 18 plus and young people at risk aged 16-25.
