FRAMEWORK FOR DEMOLITION WORKS & ASBESTOS SURVEYING

Description

The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi supplier procurement solution for Demolition works and Asbestos surveying. It is categorised into lots based on the type of works/services and the geographical location of the project to encourage a range of Suppliers and to ensure the needs of all Contracting Authorities are met. This Framework Agreement offers Contracting Authorities access to Suppliers providing a diverse range Demolition Works and Asbestos Surveying, including: • Standard Demolition • Specialist Demolition • Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services within Non Domestic Properties • Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services within Domestic Properties Suppliers wishing to access and complete the tender documents must first register on Open the eTendering system using the following link https://www.open-uk.org. The framework is for 23 months from 1 November to 2 October 2026 plus an optional extension of 12 months.
