Thirteen - Omits & Boilers 19/20

Thirteen Group intend to carry out refurbishment works to 14 properties across Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees. Many of the properties have been omitted from previous investment schemes for various reasons and will be noted as omits. The scope of works will vary between properties based on the address list provided. The works will include full heating systems, boiler only replacements, bathroom replacements, kitchen replacements, rewire, window replacements.

Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
