Site Power and Substation Upgrade to power new Clinical Diagnostic Centre

Description

There is an urgent need for power upgrade including a new substation at Sheppey Community Hospital to support the new site CDC project for the MRI unit to going on the site. To this end we need to appoint UKPN to carry out all the contestable and non-contestable works as soon as possible as a turn-key Updated Jul23 package, to avoid additional c£100k for temporary generation kit at the site. Recommendation - NHSPS appoints UK Power Networks (Operations) Limited to get all the infrastructure power upgrade work progressed as soon as possible as a turnkey package.
