supply and install Emergency Voice Communication \(EVC\) Systems across UKAEA Culham Campus' older building portfolio\. An EVC System is a full duplex system that allows voice communication in either direction between a central control point \(main base station\) and a number of other points called outstations or refuge points located throughout a building\.
