Work description
Ports of Jersey ('PoJ') is currently underway with the development of an Airport Masterplan. This Masterplan includes modernising and optimising the Departures Lounge ('DL') to meet current and future passenger needs in line with our strategic business plans. To support the DL redevelopment, a concept design has been developed for the ground floor of the terminal building.
The level of design which has been undertaken is equivalent to Royal Institute of British Architects ('RIBA') Stage 2 ('Concept Design') which sets out the architectural concept of the DL to align with operational requirements as well as supporting the passenger journey through the airport.
PoJ are looking to appoint a 'Design Team Lead' who will take this existing concept design and develop through to RIBA 7 (handover).
