Refurbishment Works - Cowen Ave

Harrow Council is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to an existing residential block within the London Borough of Harrow. The primary objective was to create a better-defined and marked improvement on the existing residential blocks with a new aesthetical appearance. The central approach to the scheme is a reinstatement of the existing Electrical services, Door Entry System, Communal Ariel System and landscape design. To help improve on the energy performance rating, environmental improvement works will include new roofs and External Wall Insulation.
