Project 4500 - Provision of Enterprise and Data Architecture

The purpose of this contract is for a Supplier to provide Enterprise and Data architecture specialists to develop a roadmap to support Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) delivering the target architecture in line with TRA's base business objectives.

The Supplier is expected to provide Enterprise and Data Architecture capability to deliver a set of artefacts detailing the current technology and data architecture, to deliver a target architecture (aligned to business objectives) and develop a roadmap and AI implementation plan for TRA to achieve the target architecture
