GB-Stoke on Trent: Project Evaluation Review and Report for "Be Inspired Staffordshire University"

Be Inspired Staffordshire University (biSU) is a project aimed at supporting current Students, Graduates or associates of the University who want to start their own business, freelance or commission their work. This £1M project began in June 2016 and will continue until March 2019. The project is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and University Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) allocation.

The project runs for three years and it is conditional upon the grant that the University undertakes a thorough Annual Review.

We are now seeking to appoint a suitable partner able to provide such a review and be able to report on the findings. Reports are required as follows: •Yearly Report for cohort 1 2016/2017: immediately •Yearly Report for cohort 2 2017/2018: Jan 2018 •Final Report for cohort 3 2017/2018: Mar 2019

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
