CITB would like to purchase an SMS text survey system license \(6 users\) to send construction training hub beneficiaries simple text surveys; to check whether they are still in construction employment at intervals after the intervention\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
