## Description

The department requires IT consultants to use the criteria set out in Ofgem's ESO Business Plan: IT Investment Plan Guidance to holistically assess the ESO's second Business Plan \(BP2\) IT investments and inform Ofgem's Draft Determinations in advance of the BP2 period \(2023-25\) and anticipated transition to a Future System Operator \(FSO\)\.
