## Description

Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses lasting approximately 12-16 weeks, focusing on digital and technical skills at an intermediate level\. Open to adults 19 years \+ they are delivered around work or other commitments and provide the skills employers need to fill vacancies\. Participants are guaranteed an interview with a local employer at the end of the course and we expect 75% of bootcamp participants will move into a new job or role within 6 months of completion\.
