Provision of Buffet and Packed Lunches

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) ('The Authority') is seeking to put in place a framework of up to four suppliers able to offer the range of Buffets and Packed Lunches to sites across the Thames Valley. The contract will be available to be used by RBFA, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority and Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service (part of Oxfordshire County Council). The Authority is seeking up to four Suppliers able to provide a varied range of buffets and lunches to suit a range of fixed budgets. The offer must include the ability to cater for different religious and dietary needs. This will be a non exclusive framework as the three services also work closely with emergency service partners and may at joint or specialist events use the catering service offered by their partners.
