## Description

Contract for a Floating Support Service \("the Service"\) for 10 low to medium support rough sleepers accommodated in self-contained accommodation shall commence on 1st April 2022 and shall continue, subject to the terms of the Contract, up to and including 31st March 2024\. The service shall support 10 low to medium support rough sleepers accommodated in self-contained accommodation, owned and managed by the Council\. The support provided will allow them to maintain and sustain this accommodation and their progression towards being able to live independently, sustaining tenancy and able to support themselves\.
