The Services generally comprise: - Undertake Stock Condition Surveys to 2,130 nr Properties; - Provide all data back in a format readily able to update GUHG's Strategic Asset Management system \(SAM\) IT software \(formally Codeman\); - Validate the accuracy of the existing information; and - Provide Quinquennial and other reports\.
