Harmonising UK Wetland Data for Undertaking a National Wetland Inventory (NWI)

The aim of this project is to establish a core database of UK wetlands as a foundation for a NWI. This will include establishing a habitat classification system, determining a scale and resolution for mapping, and assessing appropriate methodology and data management systems.
