Description
Cumberland Council, Programme Management Office is seeking to appoint two professional services providers, namely Architects, Building Surveyors, and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to facilitate delivery of the schools prioritised capital maintenance (PCM) programme for the financial year 2026/27. The value of the commission is expected to be in the region of £500,000 to £600,000 with the expectation that two providers will be appointed due to the volume of work required to deliver the programme. - £250,000 to £300,000 for each for provider The workload will be divided as equally as possible on the basis of construction value
