UKGIP had a requirement to procure independent, expert legal advice and the delivery of legal documents and other services in support of potential future asset sales and for general corporate legal matters, including other necessary legal services which may be required on an ad hoc basis in relation to the portfolio and on corporate governance issues more generally.
This contract was awarded following a further competition against CCS RM3787 - Finance & Complex Legal Services framework.
