The procurement of : full refurbishment of 23 Marlborough Road together with the construction of a single storey extension comprising of : •rewiring •replumbing •replacement heating system •replacement doors and windows as necessary •replastering as necessary •construction of a single storey extension forming and wet room and a bespoke bedroom for disabled tenant and carer •external ground works
