## Description

Places for People are seeking to appoint a sole supplier of green energy services and as such, wish to form a framework which will be utilised and owned by Places for People Procurement Hub\. Applicants must be able to deliver all of the works identified within the pricing matrix and not just the elementary workstreams\. It is intended that this framework will be in the first instance used for the Places for People's and their group subsidiaries needs but also capable of being used by all contracting authorities in the United Kingdom
