The successful supplier will maintain the current suite of Fire Risk Assessments \(FRA\) in line with the legislative/ University requirements for all the buildings which is currently 76 properties varying from student accommodation/ student houses, laboratories, Teaching Rooms/Lecture Theatres, public entertainment, offices and shops, licensed premises and workshops, and where required undertake new FRA for new or significantly modified buildings\.
