## Description

Production of a masterplan, including some elements of detailed design, to identify opportunities for developing and improving the commercial and waterside leisure facilities and improve the infrastructure and operational management of the Quay\. The masterplan will also examine the feasibility of developing further commercial units for marine traders as well as private and locally-restricted residential apartments\.
