Allerton and Mary Seacole Kitchens

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to supply and install 3no kitchenettes; 1no in Allerton building and 2no in Mary Seacole, located within the Frederick Road campus of the University of Salford, M6 6PU.

The project will briefly consist of; - Strip out of existing internal fixtures and finishes - Modifications to external windows to facilitate external fan installations - New fire doors - Wayfinding signage - Installation of kitchens and associated mechanical and electrical works - Plumbing/sanitary installations including zip taps - Making good ceilings - New floor finishes - Decorations.
