## Description

Torus is seeking a provider with competence and capacity to provide EWS1 forms\. Initially this will be for an Apartment block of 9 storey \(including Ground Floor\) for 144 Rent to Buy Apartments\. It is envisaged that Torus will draw upon the services provided on a case by case basis to obtain EWS1 forms for other buildings as requested by third parties\.
