## Description

All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Consultants Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 130-319565\. Cheltenham Borough Homes \(CBH\) sought to procure consultancy services for a combined Architectural \(Lead Designer\), Master Planning and Landscape design team to work with us to progress the scheme from RIBA stage 1, through RIBA Stage 2 including Pre-application activities, through to RIBA stages 3 and 4 including a planning application and tender\.
