## Description

This requirement is a Direct Award via the Procure Partnership Framework Agreement under category London £50k to £1m Construction Partners\. The project involves the amalgamation of 4 existing IT rooms on the first-floor within the Eldon Building into 2 no\. larger, modernised IT suites/ spaces\. This includes associated minor M&E works to the surrounding areas, such as LED lamp replacements and general services rationalisation\.
