ESCC - JF - RFQ - East Sussex Leisure Facilities Review and Strategy

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) requires a strategic review of ESCC-owned assets in relation to leisure facilities across East Sussex and the development of an East Sussex Leisure Strategy.

The project should build on the 'Indoor Leisure Facilities' and 'Play Pitch' strategies that have been, or are currently being, undertaken at borough and district level across most of the county and collate their overall findings, identifying any gaps that exist and make recommendations for future leisure provision across East Sussex.
